| Pre-Registration fee for this event is $25.00 per person. Event registration entitles the participant to attend all activites and entry of as many birds into the show as desired. | |
| All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participant over the age of 18. Group of 10 participants or more may pre-register for a fee of $250.00. |

Pre-registration fee of $25.00 must be received by May 7, 2011. Late registration fee is $40.00 and are accepted at the Clinic.
